Leaves and Loaves

I would like to introduce you to my "go to" lunch spot here in Stellenbosch - Leaves and Loaves.

They have completely changed lunch hour for me! I visit at least 2 times a week (minimum), cannot resist their amazing salads , smoothies and health shots. Such a trendy little spot with a great vibe, great service and great food.

Their meals are really affordable which is an absolute bonus.

I Normally pop in for 2 or 3 health shots when i feel i need a pick me up. How the times of taking shots have changed, lol!

The shots are R10 each and really delicious, you have the choice between a green, red or orange health shot.

My 2 favorite salads are the Thai Beef and the Pulled Pork.

They have this cute little dressing corner with fantastic freshly made dressings, they also have a home made chilli sauce which is possibly one of the best i have ever had.

If you do not fancy anything on the menu, you are then able to help yourself to fresh ingredients from the Salad Bar.

Either way, you won't regret choosing them to have breakfast or lunch at, you will keep coming back, that's a fact.
